With over 15 years of experience as a nurse, Tracy Weber, BSN, LMT, RYT will assist you in maximizing your health: body, mind, spirit, and heart. Her practice is multi-faceted, integrating therapeutic massage, yoga, and meditation. She works compassionately and professionally with individuals of all ages and abilities to help meet their health care goals. 

By experiencing massage therapy and/or yoga from the perspective of a medical professional, you can feel confident that all of your needs will be addressed.

Tracy lives in Wisconsin with her husband, three children, and a menagerie of pets (currently including dogs, bunnies, chickens, and guinea hens). In her "spare" time, she enjoys relaxing with her family, biking, walking her dogs, hiking, snowshoeing, sewing, horseback riding, and kayaking.

  • Massage Therapy

    • Private/Therapeutic Yoga Session $65
      ~ Personalized instruction geared to meet your individual needs.  Sessions may be private or semi-private.  May be offered at your location dependent upon instructor availability.
    • Simply Yoga (group yoga class series)--Dubuque $10
      Weekly Hatha style yoga classes, aimed at strengthening the core, developing mindfulness, and connecting with like-minded individuals.  Learn how to take your yoga practice off the mat and into daily life!

      This class is well-suited for those from beginner to intermediate, though advanced students will still benefit.  Classes are 60 minutes in length.  Must pre-register.  Drop-ins only at discretion/prior approval of instructor.
    • From Injury to Recovery to Strength (small group therapeutic yoga)--Dubuque $15

      Have you had a recent injury that you'd like to recover from sooner rather than later? Don't feel like you are ready for a "mainstream" yoga class?  Do you wish you had an opportunity for more personalized instruction/guidance but can't book a private session?  If so, this class is for you!  


      "From Injury to Recovery to Strength" is a small group therapeutic yoga class, inspired by Tracy's own healing path following a traumatic injury. If you have had an injury--recent or distant--I'd like to invite you to join me to explore how you might begin to heal from old injury & movement patterns, gain mobility and strength.


      Class size is limited to 4 participants in order to provide more individualized instruction and to address any health challenges or questions students may have about their practice.  Each student will likely be working on something different in their practice while sharing a common space with other students.  Have your questions addressed, learn tools that will help you in cultivating your yoga practice, and become part of a community interested in well-being!


      No prior yoga experience is required, however a 30-60 minute private session and/or group class may be suggested in order to learn some basic yoga poses and principles prior to the first class.

      This class is well-suited to students looking for personalized yoga instruction, those who may be dealing with health issues, those unable to participate in "standard" yoga classes, and those looking to develop a very organic and therapeutic home practice. Classes are 60 minutes in length and pre-registration is required. Drop-ins only at discretion/prior approval of instructor.
    • Whole Body Wellness $15
      Are you tired of the same routine? Needing some encouragement to start or continue a fitness regimen? Ready to find balance in your health? If any of these resonate with you, this may be just what the doctor ordered! 

      Each class will incorporate meditation, yoga, and aerobic fitness of your choosing--no prior experience is required. All levels of fitness are encouraged to attend, as the class will be guided yet self-paced to meet you wherever you are along the fitness continuum. Students should wear comfortable clothing/shoes, and bring plenty of water and a heart rate monitor.

      Cost is $10/class, and a one-month commitment is required.
    • Morning Meditation--Dubuque Free
      Whether you are a seasoned meditator or just contemplating starting your practice, join us as you are able to share a morning meditation practice.  Done seated or supine (lying down), we will come together as a community for 30 minutes of meditation.  Starting out with simple instruction and guidance, each student will have the opportunity to choose a style of meditation that suits them best.  

      There is no fee for this class, but participants are invited (though not expected) to make a contribution to Abundant Wellness Center LLC, which will be donated to charity (new charities chosen each month).
    • Potosi--Group Yoga Class Series $60
      ~ Beginner/intermediate yoga class, 6-week series.  Classes are 60 minutes in length.  Must pre-register.  Drop-ins only at discretion/prior approval of instructor.
    • Potosi--Family Fun Yoga Class Series $150
      ~ Beginner/intermediate yoga class for families, 6-week series.  Classes are 45 minutes in length.  Must pre-register--please indicate number of people in your family who will be attending, as well as ages of children.  Limited to immediate family (ie, mom/dad/children or grandfather/grandmother/grandchild); total number of participants may not exceed 5 and may require instructor approval.  Children must have a responsible adult with them at all times.  Drop-ins only at discretion/prior approval of instructor.
    • Yoga For Bigger Bodies $10
      Does your body seem to get in the way of your yoga practice?  Does it keep you from participating in a group class that you might enjoy?  Do you feel so stiff that you want to give up before you have even started?  Join us as we explore modifications that you might make in various poses to accommodate your body type.

      This class is well-suited for individuals feeling too stressed or physically challenged to attend mainstream yoga classes.  All body types welcome!
